Looking for candy? Head to Superior

University of Wisconsin-Superior students will be opening their residence halls to Halloween trick-or-treaters from 5-7 p.m. Thursday.

Students in Crownhart, Curran-McNeill-Ostrander, Ross and Hawkes halls along Catlin Avenue will have their halls decorated and ready to hand out treats to children up to sixth grade.

The new Link at Hawkes Hall, 2231 Catlin Ave., will have “child friendly” decorations to avoid scaring small children.

All children visiting the UWS campus for trick-or-treating must be accompanied by an adult. A residence hall staff member will guide the children through the halls during their visit.
