Blast from the past at Chester Creek

If you were around during the 1970s in Duluth, you might remember the band Sound Incorporated. They made the rounds on local radio stations, and their biggest hit, “Dreams,” was No. 1 on the local charts for 10 weeks in 1970 (it’s on YouTube for those who’d like a trip down memory lane).

The baby boomer musicians are still around, and they’ll be playing their classic tunes at Chester Bowl (1800 E. Skyline Parkway) on Tuesday as part of the Chester Creek Concert Series. They start at 7 p.m.

Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the sounds of the ’70s for a price everyone will like: free.
