Dig up dino bones

Attention, young scientists: the Duluth Public Library is offering the chance to dig up some old dinosaur relics. The Science Museum of Minnesota’s “Wonders of Science: Dinosaurs” is coming to town and offering free programs in the Green Room at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. July 12.

This is a chance to see how physical features left behind by dinosaurs as fossils compare to the animals that currently walk the earth. Dig fossils, see fossils and assemble a dinosaur puzzle.

The program is for kids entering kindergarten through second grade.
