Eh? reader Betty recently made a trip to ShopKo in Duluth. All was well until she realized she had left her purse in the shopping cart — in the parking lot — after she had left.
A stranger named Delores spotted the purse later and returned it to the store. Betty was able to go back and retrieve her purse and is grateful for Delores’ kindness.
Love to hear stories like this. This happened to me many years ago at the Superior WalMart. A young man and his mother called me with the news and returned my purse. The young man liked foreign coins and so his reward consisted of foreign coins for his collection. I would like to know what this person now does as an adult. Thank you to the moms and dads that teach their children to do the right thing.
