Chef Gordon Ramsay — not to be confused with Duluth Police Chief Gordon Ramsay — fans can learn about him from someone who’s appeared on one of his shows, and help a food bank at the same time.

“Feeding our future, an ice cream social” is hosted by chef Jake Gandolfo from 5-8 p.m. today at Superior Middle School, 3626 Hammond Ave., and benefits Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank.
Gandolfo, who appeared on “MasterChef” with the accented and non-Duluthian Ramsay, will do cooking demonstrations. The event also includes child care, games, food, music and a silent auction.
Tickets are $25 per person or $80 for a family of four.
