Model on a mission

A Proctor woman who was a top-20 finalist for Maurice’s recent modeling contest still plans to raise money for the same cause that inspired her to enter.

Kendall Thudin and her sisters are holding a spaghetti fundraiser for the Proctor Area Historical Society Museum from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Proctor Moose Lodge. Proceeds from the fundraiser, in honor of their late father, Mark Thudin, who worked for the DM&IR in Proctor, will go toward supporting the new museum. Maurice’s has donated $500 and gift cards to the cause.

There will be a raffle, bake sale and door prizes. Cost: $8 for adults and $5 for children.
